Need to know:
You will need to cover all freight, insurance, taxes, duties and any associated costs if you need to send the product to us or the place of purchase. If your warranty claim is deemed valid, we will repair or replace the product and cover the cost to return it to you. If your warranty claim is deemed invalid, you will be responsible for any costs relating to the product and return freight.
Please complete and submit the initial claim form. Once we review your submission, we may contact you via email to request a video showing the coil not performing as expected.
Coiltek would like to inform our valued customers that, effective immediately, we no longer offer servicing for any of our products.
For products that are outside the 2-year warranty period, we are unable to provide repairs or maintenance. Any such items will be returned to the client at their expense. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your continued support.
