Your coil comes with a full, two-year worldwide warranty that starts from the from the date of original purchase. Please keep your receipt of purchase.
It covers any manufacturing errors such as cracks in plastics or performance issues such as no response. Usually these will be noticeable within the first few hours of using your coil.
It’s important to look after your coil, as our warranty doesn’t cover normal use or misuse. Avoid doing anything that might jar the coil or cause a sudden impact, as this can make your coil noisy. Also be aware that any modifications or alterations may void your warranty.
At our sole discretion, we will assess your coil and determine if it’s a warranty issue. Please provide as much information as possible, so we can make a quick and accurate assessment.
Yes, you may transfer it within the two-year warranty period from the date of original purchase.
